 Copper-based sprayed sheet Mainly used in marine gearboxes, agricultural machinery axle boxes, industrial machinery gearboxes, and hoisting systems under wet conditions. This material is based on a brass alloy matrix combined with friction modifiers and produced by a spray sintering process. Due to its special formula and process, this material exhibits excellent comprehensive performance among wet sintered metal friction materials, such as a high dynamic friction coefficient, a low static-to-dynamic friction coefficient ratio, excellent energy absorption capacity, and moderate power absorption capacity. Compared to paper-based materials, it also offers stronger thermal stability, better wear resistance and durability, and can withstand higher specific pressures.
